It gives a nod to classic saddles of the past but incorporates modern technologies. With its long and wide shape, the Epoca is ideally designed for use on touring, city and trekking bikes with relaxed and upright riding positions.
Although the Epoca has a classic style that's based on older models, the construction and technologies used are bang up to date. In addition to the advanced sandwich leather tech and dual-metal compression rivets, the Epoca has a stabilizing bottom plate, which prevents it flexing too much and ensures consistent comfort. That's not all though, as Selle Italia has added a tension adjustment feature on the leather cover, so you can fine tune the comfort to your preference.
