Delivery

We want to make sure you choose the right product so if you are not sure about anything or want further information or advice on what to buy, please chat to us first. Your usual statutory consumer rights apply on all goods, you can send them back if in an original condition within 30 days for a full refund. All returns must be paid for by the customer unless it is a genuine error of Bike Boom or a warranty issue. Some card issuers take days to put the money back into your account and Paypal can take up to a month.

Expect your delivery to arrive between 3-5 days and possibly a bit longer for bicycles. You should receive tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled. We use many different couriers depending on the size, weight and value of the goods being sent. We may decide to  send your order in separate packages and at separate times to get those items out to you quicker. We are only a small company and can be easily overwhelmed so please be patient if we haven't met our delivery target. We are human beings so give us a call on the telephone to get an update on your delivery if things are delayed 01273 905920, we are here to help.
