Remember to remove the shoulder strap and wash it separately. You can clean the bag in a fairly large tub or sink, using a mild soap, warm water and a soft sponge. Do not use corrosive chemicals. Rinse thoroughly, removing soap from both the outside and inside. Let dry in a place outside out of sunlight or in a well-ventilated room so the bag will keep longer.

Expect your delivery to arrive between 3-5 days and possibly a bit longer for bicycles. You should receive tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled. We use many different couriers depending on the size, weight and value of the goods being sent. We may decide to send your order in separate packages and at separate times to get those items out to you quicker. We are only a small company and can be easily overwhelmed so please be patient if we haven't met our delivery target.
