This can be harmful to the structure and fabric of the bag. * The bag can be cleaned easily in a bathtub, using only mild soap, warm water and a soft sponge. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean your bag. Rinse thoroughly and make sure you get rid of the soap, both on the inside and on the outside of the bag. * Once the bag is fully cleaned, you can leave it to dry in a well ventilated room or outside. Make sure that it does not receive direct sunlight in order to preserve its integrity.

Expect your delivery to arrive between 3-5 days and possibly a bit longer for bicycles. You should receive tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled. We use many different couriers depending on the size, weight and value of the goods being sent. We may decide to send your order in separate packages and at separate times to get those items out to you quicker. We are only a small company and can be easily overwhelmed so please be patient if we haven't met our delivery target.
