It’s a non-toxic, yet high performing neutral cleaner that is effective at cleaning a range of grime and stains without affecting the breathability of materials. Formulated without any harsh chemicals or abrasives to ensure it is safe to use on the wide range of materials used in shoes. It has been tested on over 60+ shoes made from a very wide variety of materials, including: Natural fabrics, synthetic fabrics, technical fabrics, suede, nubuck, leather and other fabrics*. *Check your shoe manufacturer care instructions before use.

All returns must be paid for by the customer unless it is a genuine error of Bike Boom or a warranty issue. Some card issuers take days to put the money back into your account and Paypal can take up to a month.
Expect your delivery to arrive between 3-5 days and possibly a bit longer for bicycles. You should receive tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled. We use many different couriers depending on the size, weight and value of the goods being sent. We may decide to send your order in separate packages and at separate times to get those items out to you quicker. We are only a small company and can be easily overwhelmed so please be patient if we haven't met our delivery target.
