The 30mm deep rim optimises aero performance and improves stability in crosswinds. The alloy rim benefits from Mavic's unrivalled experience in creating light yet strong rim extrusions. They do this by carefully tuning the thickness of the rim wall to hit the sweet spot between stiffness, strength and weight. The bladed straight pull spokes are laced to their high-end Infinity hub platforms: optimal spoke tension balance is a guarantee for perfect stiffness and great durability, with only 1 spoke length for both wheels to worry about. The Instant Drive 360 ratchet freewheel system is quick to engage and offers low friction.
