If your DMT shoes are DRY after use: * Use a soft dry brush, damp micro fibre cloth or mild soap on a cloth to clean the shoes * Store out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place If your DMT shoes are WET/DAMP after use: * Use a damp micro fibre cloth with mild soap to clean the shoes * After riding in wet conditions stuff the shoes with dry paper or cloth to soak up any excess moisture and allow to dry in a warm (not hot) place, which is well-ventilated and out of direct sunlight Care for your BOA System: Regularly apply a silicone-based (or similar) lubricant Do Not: * Use solvents, paint thinners or harsh chemicals to clean your shoes * Do not wash in a washing machine or dry in a tumble dryer

All returns must be paid for by the customer unless it is a genuine error of Bike Boom or a warranty issue. Expect your delivery to arrive between 3-5 days and possibly a bit longer for bicycles. You should receive tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled. We use many different couriers depending on the size, weight and value of the goods being sent. We may decide to send your order in separate packages and at separate times to get those items out to you quicker. We are only a small company and can be easily overwhelmed so please be patient if we haven't met our delivery target.
